Founded in 1998, our work aims to revitalize the infrastructure of nonprofit organizations and to inspire their governing boards, staff, and volunteers to achieve greater stability, efficiency, and – most importantly – community impact. With a focus on nonprofit organizations in Southern California, we support a broad range of social service, health, arts and environmental organizations in addressing the unique challenges, seizing the emerging opportunities, and finding the solutions that match their missions in a highly competitive and changing environment.
